At Ava Aubrey and Co, we bring the full floral experience directly to you. We arrive with buckets overflowing with fresh blooms and lush greenery, beautifully styled and ready for guests to pick and create their own custom bouquets. Our on-site florist is always available to guide and assist, helping each guest design something truly stunning—no experience needed.
We take care of every detail, from a curated color palette of florals to a variety of carts and display options, including umbrellas, backdrops, signs, and more. Guests can choose from different bouquet packaging and ribbon styles, and every arrangement includes flower food to keep blooms fresh.
To make your event even more special, we offer seasonal and themed accents—like butterflies, Sweetest Day hearts, ladybugs, Valentine’s touches, pearls, diamonds and so much more—to perfectly match your vision.

Can I rent the bouquet bar for private events?
Yes! Our bouquet bar is available for graduations, bridal showers, baby showers, and other special events. We will deliver and fully set up everything needed, including the floral cart, fresh flowers, greenery, ribbons, accent picks, bags, backdrop, etc. Once your event is over, we’ll return to pack everything up and take it away, making the experience completely stress-free for you.
What is included in the bouquet bar rental?
Each rental includes fresh flowers, greenery, ribbon, flower food, bouquet bags/handle basket bags and or mini vases, along with all the tools needed for guests to create their own bouquets.
We can also include water bags for each bouquet, themed accent picks, message cards, light-up signs, grass rug, and custom backdrops to match your event.
How many guests can the bouquet bar accommodate?
Our bouquet bars can be customized for events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. We’ll help you choose the right package based on your guest count and how many stems you’d like each person to have.

Each candle is fully customizable to your vision. From a wide range of carefully selected fragrances, to a curated collection of vessels including vintage, modern, ceramic, and wooden styles, every detail is designed to reflect your aesthetic.
We offer an extensive color palette to match any mood or event. For an elevated finish, candles can be customized with your choice of wood wicks—including single, double, or triple wicks—and adorned with dried florals placed on top or throughout the candle (for glass vessels), or even 3D wax flowers for a truly standout piece.
